In the previous post, I tried to give a short overview of what Noonhat is (or rather will be soon). I’d also like to list a few things Noonhat won’t be:
- Another site which requires a user name & password.
- A social networking site.
- A dating site.
We’re going to match you up with two other people who want to have a good conversation at lunch. That’s it. No matching on interests, no dating[1] or anything like that.
We already know how to find other people who share similar interests. I think I’m already too insular - most of my interactions are with other people who are relatively similar to me - I need and want to meet a wider variety of people. And of course, have good conversations with them.
